During the production of rubber membranes, one of the many production steps is vulcanizing the rubber. This process needs to be done continuously and precisely so that the rubber has the same thickness at each point. This process is called “rotocuring”. It needs a heat resistant, temperature transferring, smooth surface as our steel belt provides to transfer pressure directly onto the rubber compound.
