Minus 50 Degrees Celsius (minus 58 Fahrenheit) – Freeze drying has harsh conditions and therefore needs special equipment. Whether you are casting liquid coffee onto a freezer belt, or freeze-dry food products such as vegetables, fish and meat: Our process belts for this application withstand the cold and transfer temperature into the product in a controlled manner. The surfaces of our belts are hygienic and easy to clean. Our rubber tracking ropes (“v-ropes”) for this process are special Contibelt developments that will resist temperatures as low as minus 50 Degrees Celsius (minus 58 Fahrenheit).
