Powder Paint

Powder Paint is produced by extruding warm liquid paint onto a steel belt and subsequently transforming it into a solid substance. This is done by gradually cooling the liquid paint to solidification point. After having solidified, the solid paint is ground into small particles. The belt helps during that process not only by moving constantly but by transferring the temperature into the product in a controlled way.
